Many diamonds and bespoke jewellery items are sourced specifically to fulfil customer orders. Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of purchase.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, images, descriptions, and grading information may vary from time to time.

Custom-made jewellery, bespoke designs, and special-order items may not be cancelled or returned once production has commenced.

Kwenda Diamonds Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where pricing errors, availability issues, suspected fraud, or other exceptional circumstances arise.
